      <description>&lt;p&gt;It seems like Calgary is the place people are migrating to today. From the beginning of the year the activity in all sectors and price ranges has been more than active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The pundits are still very bullish on Alberta, Calgary, Edmonton and all the centres that are close by. Multiple offers happen quickly when a property is positioned well and price reductions still occur if sellers are asking too much.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For buyers today a couple of things you should do is 1. get pre-approved with a lender, 2 start viewing properties online and with an agent to be prepared to deal in this type of market, 3. have your downpayment and deposit money ready to use 4. home inspections are still your best friend and we have a couple of the best companies to use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bottom line, you should get comfortable with your price point, look at everything you can and get ready when that great home appears because you will have to act quickly.&lt;/p&gt;
